I bought a clipcard from m/plain to koeberg stn on saturday 16 march 2013 (please not that I stay in Manenberg), however this was the wrong clipcard and I went to cape town terminal and asked the guy at the clipcard sell out what I should do with theis clipcard he informed me that I should go back to the outlet where I bought it from and they can refund or exhange it for. Last night when I got home from work I contacted the golden arrow customer services and a man named Mr Lubabalo Mganu and he explained that I should post a letter to the operations manager of golden arrow and that they will get back to me within 5 days which I think is pathetic, I cannot stay at home for 5 days I need to get to work. I need answers soon please, I would like to know why the guy at the cape town terminal and Mr Mganu is giving me two different solutions to this matter all I need is an exchange of the ticket because there is no other means of transport for me to work I dont want the money.
