DISAPPOINTMENT

On the 15 January 2013 I was taking the 16.35 bus leaving from Cape town to Belhar. As the bus passed near Nooitgedacht area, I was thrown with a brick through the window and got hit on the left hand side of my head. I was rushed to the hospital with the ambulance where I had to get 2 stitches in my head. I am very unhappy because after the accident the bus driver contacted the head offices and i had to give my name and telephone number. I was told I would be contacted which I never was. I have always been happy with Golden Arrow Services as I always felt safe but still today I'm afraid whenever i get into a bus. To date I am still being treated for the trauma I've been through. I would really like to know why was it necessary for me to give my details if nothing was done with it.
REALLY DISAPPOINTED.
