Poor service delivery

I take a bus khayelitsha to cape town every morning none of the buses stop I have reported it to golden arrow no response, I made numerous calls to people responsible for the area no one has called me back. As a result I'm always late for work because none of the buses want to stop. Today the following bus numbers from 05:55 until 06:30 that's when I eventually got a bus. The following did not stop just drove past 3074, 4308, 3109, 5727 .

I am really getting fed up about the poor service they have been delivering and they have this stupid advert on the radio but all of that is utter nonsense this is really unacceptable and golden arrow does not seem to care.

Golden arrow is really pathetic they employ these drivers who are hooligans & dondeliver service to the commutters and we don't get value for money.
