My uncle's departure time from Bellville was 11:05 on 2 April 2013. No communication from the office was given to "valued" clients. The bus arrived a few minutes before 13:00 and departured at 13:00 from bellville. Some of our family members requested time off from work to bid farewell as my uncle would not return to Cape Town soon. They had to return to work even before the bus arrived, others had to postponed and even cancel other errands. What's worse is that no one at the office communicated the delay at one stage when I aggressively enquired from someone I was told the bus would be an hour late, which eventually became two hours. For an organization this big your professionalism and customer orientation is down the gutters. You should seriously consider deflating your costs if you want to render such poor service. I hope less people would start to make use of your service in future.
