AIRCON IS RIDICULOUS!!

I posted a report on 15 January regarding the aircon in the Slots Empire. Charles Louw called me to say it would be sorted! No ways has it been seen to. Last night I had to leave the area because it was just far too cold and uncomfortable, was making me feel quite miserable the way the air was "blowing" at 90km an hour!!! I was not happy because I could not play my favourite machine that is in there, CSI. PLEASE can you not sort this out. I don't want to go dressed like its Winter because when you go out of there it is a comfortable temperature then I would be too hot if I was dressed in "woolies". I cant believe that this problem cannot be fixed so that you have comfortable and happy punters in there!!!
