What an awesome check-in agent

I was waiting in the que to check in for flight MN107 to CPT on monday and received one of the friendliest, accomodating agents. She listened and assisted me with great ease and efficiancy, and was willing to help me with my colleague who had still not arrived. I was surprised that she was only a trainee, usually the trainee's are horrible and do not know what they are doing.
Thank you Waynette Sampson, you were fab, and you made my monday that much more pleasurable!!!
