Tuk Tuk Taxi
WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

The tuk tuk taxi service is by far the worst service i have ever gotten in my life! today was the second time I've traveled in a tuk tuk but the forth time I've used their service or at least attempted it. we called for a taxi at 07h44 for a pick up at 08h30 sat in the cold since then and the driver only came at 08h55 and we use this to get to work and start at 09h00. on the other two occasions I've tried to use this service they just didn't pitch up at all! I called there office this morning and all the 'Manager' could say was sorry? I work in the transport business as well and customer service should never be so poor! i would rather use the zebra taxis in Melville for R35.00 more knowing they are reliable and actually pitch up on time. Your service is pathetic please better your service or stop operations entirely!
