Humillation and Embarrasement

im writting this letter on behalf of my father Staly Yabo his 65 years old, his a pensioner and owning a Taxi for 5years and he get financed by Wesbank, he was paying 4500 every months without skiping any months, last year Dec 2012 he receive a letter from the bank saying his finish paying the car he was so happy after sometimes they send him a mail that he suposed to pay his account his on areas, he didnt ask a lot of question he paid his account again ive got that letter with me, this Months around 15 he was at the taxi rank when he was visited by 2 guys from the bank saying they were sent by bank to collect the taxi cause its been reposessed cause his not paying his instalment from June 2013, infront of people and the customers and my father went with them to the bank with the proof of payment from June to October 2013, but still they dot understand they said they need the taxi cause they never recieve those payment and my father said i dot nkow herewith my proof of payment from me to you, so we really need your help in this matter my father his a old man and a family man what they did its not write ive got all his proof of payment from June to October 2013
