No Service delviery - METROBUS SERVICES 412 ROUTE

My 14 year son is forced to use the bus service, the bus rides pass him and when flagged down they say they not a taxi, the driver refuses to open the door. The buses route and bus trip is not numbered. It is suppose to be TRANSPORT MONTH. REALLY NOW
