Kulula steals money from Abandoned Babies!

I run a small NGO called New BeginningZ. In Dec 2012 we decided to take 7 of our older toddlers on their very first Holiday to Cape Town from Pretoria. We spent a small fortune on plane tickets for the children as Kulula could not give us any discount (R35 227.00). One set of tickets we paid for reflected on our bank statements they claimed came thorugh after the allowed payment period so we booked another set of tickets for 3 of the children. JKSOUS was the reference and I have been struggling to get ANY response from them with regards to this refund since 14/12/2012.
Despite almost weekly emails since then we have still not had ANY response! Does anyone know of a higher authority to which this matter can be reported? We are not subsidised by the government so we really cannot afford to have this R11 127.00 outstanding from our bank account as this is money we need for more important things like the babies milk and the children's medical bills.
