Checkin nd told no checkin while on the line

Told to go check-in when you there I was told you can't checkin when the boarding closes 30mins later. Paid R1745 for the next flight but kept waiting for the same tym later nd board the plane. No announcement made on the coms no custormer services either than Dictatorship. Bad bad bad service. How come I'm told to go board in nd in less than 5min told you won't be boarding without any anouncements while I was in ticket sales for procedures. Pathetic
