Typical of the worst service providers, the manager of this branch was only too happy to take payment and then provide the worst service I have experienced in a long time. She promised to provide my holiday documentation on several occasions. The first time I wasted a trip was due to the flight tickets not being correctly prepared. The second and third times, Cherise promised to deliver the correct tickets to an alternative branch with no success. She's always ready with excuses but no delivery. With this kind of headache I should have booked myself.
