Efund on travel tickets

On the 25/06/2013 i booked flight tickets ref: KYZTBX to cape town for my family, however due to my health taking a turn for the worst we could not make the trip to cape town, i informed the Mango Airline that due to my condition i was unable to use my tickets to take my family, i submitted the necessary medical prove from my doctor but received unsatisfying results, Mango Airline informed me that they do not issue refunds on tickets and only provide a voucher stating that he tickets could be used at a later stages, the reason i am not happy with this result is because i will not beable to travel anywhere any time this year or next year as my doctor stated in my letter, my health has taken the turn for the worst im a heart disease for which i already had two operations, iabetes mallitus, hypertention, gout, peptic ulcer, anaemia, i also recently complication with congertive cardian failure, also lower backache, as a customer of Mango Airlines for many years i really accept beter service then this so please address the matter with the relevant people and advise me on a better option.
