Disgusted by the poor service we experienced

We missed our kulula flight for 15:25 as we only arrived at the airport at 15:00. Went to change to the next available flight of which Emmah Peter told us was a BA 16:00 flight. Paid for the 16:00 flight at 15:15 and I asked her if she doesnt have to go to the check in counters or something to make sure that it doesnt close before we get there and she assured me that it won't. I am not sure what took long to print the tickets (as they didnt explain to us whats happening) but they only managed to finish whatever they were doing at 15:40 and that's when she called to ask that the flight to wait for us and guess what??? it was closed. I was totally off cos I paid on time for this flight and I specifically asked if it wont leave us and she said no. I asked to speak to her manager and Vanessa came and spoke to Emmah, Vanessa went back to her office without saying a word to me - what kind of a manager is that??

I will NEVER, EVER in my life take any of your flights... this attitude really put me off.
