Can't cancel Contract

Since November I have actively been emailing and trying to Cancel my contract with ACI. I have had little to no response. I have sent through my reasons. Have logged the request on their website.
Reasons for cancellation:
Log requests for accommodation for special events and still only receive feedback after the event even though I log the request at least 3 months before the time.
Still awaiting formal quotation on purchasing of assets - been 8 months
Received estimation over phone that one unit = R400, this would mean that anytime I want to use my units I would need to spend an extra R16000. I can go to most places overseas by spending R1600.
When purchasing I was told that these units can be used on airfares,
E.g. Seller informed me that she went to Egypt spent one week there and took hot air balloon rides. She said it only costed her around R2000. 90% of the trip was covered with her units.
Supposed to get a yearly book with all the accommodations, have never received one.
Was told I can sell my units to cover yearly costs, when I try this I am told it is not possible.
Sent initial cancelation request in September 2010, to this date have still not received a response
