Having concluded a large contract with Extra Air, they deemed it not a priority to respond to emails regarding the commisioning and follow up services of the units in a commercial office unit. They do however offer the world in the beginning and are quick to request money payments. Which is the big mistake i did was pay them before the units were handed over in the correct manner. Now i sit and wait, it's been a week and i still have not scene the units work. And hence now i write official complaints for the public to view.
