I will Never Book at Kleinplaas Selfcatering Units

On Monday we went to Kleinplaas Selfcatering Units in Potchefstroom and told them we are looking for a unit to occupy. We told them we will be staying for a month and we want clean units and we have a phobia for spiders so at all we don't want units with Spiders. They took us to one room that was not cleaned, bed unmade, blankets were dirty to an extend we wanted to even use our own bedding as there was no way one can sleep in those dirty blankets

Craig moved us to another unit 01 which was unpainted and was recently plastered we saw a worm and a lot of spiders, and we could not even sleep there. Next day we were moved to another unit 04 where we found another big spider in the bathroom I also took a picture of the spider as he said his units are new and there are no spiders there but we found one.

We told him we cant continue staying there as we did not even spend the night there we want our refund he can deduct the three nights even though we never slept there. But he is ignoring our calls, and not responding to our text messages when we ask him when will he credit us our refund. Kleinplaas Selfcatering Units are not hygienically well the dishes are left undone beds undone
