12 UNITS OUT OF 15 UNITS NOT REPORTING!!!

Charmaine and Hein (which apparently now left the company) made so many promises in having the units not reporting sorted, but still 12 OUT of 15 units not reporting! Charmaine and hein advised that if the problems persist (which is obviously the case), contracts will be terminated at no cost. On termination letter send to C-Track, we received a settlement letter of R40 000. This is unacceptable, we have tracking in our vehicles in order to TRACK OUR VEHICLES - that s what we are paying for, but not receiving any service or actual units reporting. I see this as breach of contract. I want these units removed and contracts cancelled at no cost. I've been struggling 5 months already to get some service, only receiving empty promises. PLEASE HAVE THESE UNITS REMOVED AND CANCEL OUR CONTRACTS FROM IMMEDIATE EFFECT AT NO COST!
