I would like to state my absolute disgust with using [URL Removed] I booked an incorrect date by error and called the call centre within 5 minutes of realising that I had made an error to change the date and was told that I need to pay R342 to have that changed. My husband explained that I am on medication and have no voice and that is why he was calling, Jenny had no empathy of realising that people do make mistakes. I understand the standard policy and would gladly adhere to this but surely circumstances count on some instance. The flight that would have cost me R699 has now cost me an Additional R600. Surely kulula has no service level at all. Why treat everyone the same, surely they could see that the booking and payment was done in the last 5 minutes and listen to the clients request. It looks like this is how Kulula makes their extra money... TOTALLY DISGUSTED.
