Us late then no bus

Sunday 17:13 I received an SMS my bus will be delayed that was at 17:13 by an hour it was suppose to leave at 18:50 my lift drop me off at 18:30 at Shell garage tempest and koppie alleen str welkom at 19:30 waiting for the bus I made an call to 0839159000 and was told be patient the bus is on its way after that I phone 8 times and was told the bus already left at 20:00 the only bus there was greyhound I ask them is my name on the list no sir your bus is on its way I am stuck in welkom had meeting on in CT and the contact centre telling me it is my fault while Iwas there all the time and I was reminded all calls been recorded I need this sorted out ASAP my ticket numbers are T7UK9641 and T7UK9650 why I was told please be patient and then told me the bus left an few hours ago???
