I dont understand why Kulula must charge the full booking change fee for an error made and immediate correction with the call centre thereafter - not even within 5 minutes after pressing payment, did I notice my error. What administration does Kulula have to do that warrants such an exorbetant fee? The change in fee on my flight was more than 10% of the total booking.
Absolutely ridiculuous - not sure how this delivers customer satisfaction. And as we all know, Kulula flights will most inevitably be delayed - do we get a refund regarding this customer inconvenience? No.
