She has other clients, so she can't help me

Magda Lombard, did not inform me that I won't have a shuttle to get to the office from the airport. She tells me this now. The interesting part is that she booked me hotels for 3 days. If she did not have my travel plan why were ther hotels confirmed? She tells me there is nothing she can do for me (client) y puts me on hold for over 30minuesand avoids my call. Eventually she tells me, she has other clients to help so she needs to go.
