Imagine Cruising
Is this what your company stand for? infuriating!

Previously we used to have a very reliable Travel agent that used to book all our overseas trips every Term or year we Travel, that we trust and she used to look out for us as her clients. This Time around we decided to use Imagine Holidays because they currently have a nice special going to Italy (Rome, Florence and Venice) and their hotels were nicer (the ones on the advert) so we didnt mind paying a little bit more. This has been the Biggest mistake we have done.

Izle she told me you dont book clients in terrible hotels and guess what happened.. she went ahead and booked us at a terrible hotel in Rome (Paris). Because i was under so much pressure to take this special and pay for it now and wouldnt even put the phone down. I didnt have a tiny bit of time to check out this hotel Paris she booked us in. When i check later on Trip advisor the reviews of this hotel we shockingly terrible. I sent her the link bringing this to her attention asking her to please change and now you want to charge us more to change us. This is infuriating & rubbish and totally not on!! What is this hotel even doing in your books? is this how you trick your clients & pressurise them!!!
