BEWARE EUROPCAR / [URL Removed] & TRAVEL JIGS

I recently booked car hire on [URL Removed] and was told to pick the vehicle up from 18 Currie Road in Fourways, Johannesburg. After driving around for 1.5 hours looking for Currie road (which didn't appear on the GPS), I called the number listed on the voucher several times to ask for directions and nobody answered the call. Eventually after finally getting through, i was told they are no longer part of the rental company. I then phoned Europcar, who tell me they are no longer involved and its up to Travel Jigsaw to sort out.

Eventually after reaching Travel Jigsaw, the service agent Lee (who refused to give out his surname), tells me that Fourways Downtown (where i was meant to pick the car up) is near Rifle Range Road. After trying to explain to him that Fourways and Rifle Range Road are nowhere near each other, he tells me "that is your opinion" and that by cancelling I will be billed for 3 days.

This amounts to - incorrect pick-up address and incorrect contact telephone numbers. They are falsely advertising a car hire service that doesn't exist and are not prepared to cancel or give clear directions as to where to pick up the vehicle.
