I had the misfortune of flying with Mango air on Friday 2013/01/11 from Johannesburg ORTIA to Capetown and returning 2013/01/13. Firstly I paid to select a seat online and this was completely disregarded this was very uncomfortable for me taking in consideration i am 1.88m tall and a big built guy. Ony my way back your staff moved me from the emergency exit seat and was very unapologetic and quite frankly rude on the aircraft and made me feel like a total, besides that your arcraft seat had a sharp piece of metal that catched onto my pants and ripped a hole in it! Your staff should really get trained on interpersonal soft skills! This is the first and is surely the last time I am flying MANGO! and I would like a refund please!
