Bonus weeks

I have R 21 544.90 in reserves at flexi club which expire on 31/12/2013 R 8 054.00 31/12/2014 12 516 30 and the balance 31/12/2015.They offer bonus weeks at substantially lower rates but will not allow payments from funds they are holding. This means that you pay again for these weeks and can end up losing the money that has been paid up front on an annual basis. Furthermore if they accept your resignation then these funds are lost. I can understand the loss of the levies but it seems unfair that prepaid holiday money is also lost.
