Shozaloza premier classe without doubt worst train

After looking forward to what is described as "there are many ways to celebrate ife in style, premier classe is without doubt one of them! " my wife and i travelled back on this train - all i can add to the above statement by them is "... without doubt NOT one of them! "
the train has no aircon, bars poorly stocked, no service, understaffed, nothing works and expensive. Should you want to respond to them (as suggested in welcome ltter) the address is as follows [Email Removed] - the mails just bounce back - i have sent them the mail 11 times! the contact telephone no 0860008888 gets u to the call centre where nobody answers?!
It is such a shame and embarrasment that we have this facility that has been allowed to become a dissaster area - embarresed SA citizen - exspecially with foriegn traveller onboard with us?
