Deducted R11 000 off credit card instead of R5431

I asked, how much will you deduct off my credit card and repeated the question several times to make sure. The telephone consultant said they will deduct R5431. The next day R11 000 was deducted. This is money

She said she tried to call me to say that the R5431 was just the airport taxes and that they need to deduct R11000 for the airmiles I still needed to do the transaction. That means that R16421 would be the total cost. I want the transaction reversed so that I can buy a ticket for a much better rate.

SAA voyager supervisor said they would look into the issue. I need the money so that I can urgently buy another ticket. I have spent about 1.5 hours on my cell to try sort out the issue yesterday.
