On the 9th March I made an international exchange reservation for Orlando. This was a lifestyle resort and in principle I have no problem with this kind of accommodation. After booking and providing my card details, I visited the global RCI site and looked at the reviews - they were terrible! I immediately emailed RCI attaching screenshots of the reviews asking for the reservation to be cancelled and my money refunded. This is not the norm - RCI responded on the 11th March crediting my points and advising that they would refund the monies. In addition Sara Levin contacted me with suitable alternatives in a quick and professional manner. RCI is customer focussed and I will be doing business with them for a long time to come!
