What I was promised is not what I Got

I've been a member of the Holiday Club now for almost 3 years, I've only used my Points on 2 occations to make a booking, once was in Ramsgate and the second was in Ingwenya Lodge, Ramsgate we stayed in a unit that was on ground level with no sea view and nothing special, the past weekend we went to Ngewenya Lodge and once again, we where placed in the back room unit, facing a landscape of chopped down trees and damp marks all over the entrance hall of the unit. when I bought the points I was told that it will last for life and that I can get my kids to take it over one day when I'm gone, now I hear it has been changed and that my points are only valid for 20 years, I was also promised a 2 week maritius break the day I signed up, and never got the voucher. So yes, What I've been sold is not what I got. Please, If I can give anybody some good advice, Stay AWAY from THE HOLIDAY CLUB.! On several occations now, my complaints have fallen on deaf ears yet the debit order goes off every month.
