Bad Customer Service No Availability of Timeshare

I am absolutely appalled at how your staff conduct themselves!
A staff member called us on Monday (11/03/2013) wanting to set up an urgent meeting concerning' The HC' to discuss benefits, points & how to make it work for us etc. We were rather keen to actually have a one-on-one discussion for once with someone from your firm to try & understand how you operate as we have had nothing but bad experiences in trying to book holidays away as "EVERYTHING" is always FULL or unavailable! At short notice we agreed to see them today (12/03/2013) at my husband's offices in Bryanston. The appointment was booked for 3pm. My husband who is a Director of a successful financial establishment had to move several appointments to accommodate your employee. I had to drive from across town to ensure I was at his office by 3pm. Only for a NO SHOW!!! I find this UNACCEPTABLE!!!
If this is the way you treat your clients I dare say how many clients you may lose along the way.
Annoyed & disappointed.
