One would expect team leader to be trained and understand how to treat customers. I contact the call centre to make a booking was told I cannot as I am not the account holder buy my husband is, then all I wanted to know was out of which two resorts would be the best as I can book on line was told she cannot give me the info as I am not a club member. trying to explain to her anything was extremely frustrating, I could not get any words in as I was interrupted. she told me she would phone my husband I told her she can only do so after 9 tonight as he is in a big board meeting. she told me she was going to phone him right now, as if she was going to get me into trouble, I told her that she cannot phone him now as he is in a big meeting. I mean really, I understand policy, but that threatening bad attitude from her just because I wanted to know which resort was better, I have never. anyway out of pure frustration I booked on line as I did not want to loose the booking, I sure do hope I made the best choice. what a terrible terrible let down, un believable how you treat your customers... "even though according to her im not a customer... wonder if vacation club treats like this
