We booked our return flight from CapeTown in JUNE 2012... we arrived at the airport at 0500 (more than enough time to get on to the 630 flight) and the flight was overbooked and we were bumped to the 0910 flight . no apologies, NOTHING!!! The 0930 flight was also late so I arrive back at my office at 1245, exhausted after waking at 0300 in the am to be there on time. this dear kulula is not what I call customer service. oh yes I was offered a token R400 for I have no idea. I am disgusted at this airlines arrogance and disrespect for their clients/. this is the ARGUS weekend, surely you have enough brain capacity NOT to overbook early flights... but NO... your staff are also arrogant and sloppy and their BIG BULLY BIG COMPANY attitude is rather sad. I cant even begin to express the anger I feel toward your airlines and a condescending offer of R400 for compensation... stick it. I lost more in 1/2 hour than that. I made the effort why didn't you
