New GWM, 2012, 2.5 tci literately falling apart

This is the second time that i want to reserve a complaint. On the 6 of June 2013, GWM SA ask via mail that they will came back to me within 54 hours. Guest what? like all they other promises in 2012, this one also didn't happened. I am a project manager for the biggest Construction company in Namibia -, Nexus Group Of Company's. I bought the very first GWM 2.5 TCI DOUBLE CAB, with allot of extras in Owambo land and was suppose to be the advert for GWM Namibia in the North. Because i am well known in Namibia's construction industry and are involve with many government contracts, i highly demotivate fleet owners not to buy any GWM product because of my product (GWM 2.5 TCI, proof for any one to see) and bad service.
My GWM 2.5 TCI has dropped me many times but 5 times very badly. 2 times when i went to visit family in RSA and we had to made unexpected reservations to overnight (Upington GWM is witness to what has happened) and 3 times when i was on site visits in the North of Namibia. I don't have the confidence to sent my wife and small kids to anyplace with the GWM 2.5 because we all know it WILL brake again. The NEW engine (15000km) has already started to smoke again!!
