Cancellation of membership!

We joined Flexi Club 4 April 2013 and paid the full deposit of R12250. We requested additional information about the number of points and accommodation fees required for holidays. We were informed that as soon as we become members we will receive a password to access information. On 6 May 2013 we received our password and discovered the information provided to us by the agent was outdated and false. We were to and deceived by the agent and she also promised us that we could cancel our membership anytime. We immediately contacted the agent and she couldn't answer our concerns. We contacted Flexi Club Clientcare a number of times and 3 emails later we are still waiting on their response. We have also been contacting clientcare on a weekly basis and they promised to get back to us a.s.a.p, but to date there has been no response. The agent misrepresented the company by deceiving us and raising our expectations. We will appreciate it, if Arny Nortjie can assist us with the cancellation of our membership, as he is an honest man. We are just honest hardworking people who were deceived.
