Many Unhappy Will Not Return!

I called the 6th of March 2013 about a reservation booked and paid for by myself for my boss the 22nd of October 2012. He cancelled the trip that time. I was told then that if I have the booking number, ref. and or Triplocator I can use the "credit" of R3230 to reschedule another a trip. Needless to say when I called the 6th Tammy could not pick up the cancelled trip but assured me that she would call me back. Well she never did and now at this moment I'm on the phone with Kulula and they still cannot pick up the cancelled ticket.

Very frustrating to say the least!!!
