Hi Customer care,
My niece missed her flight from Cape Town to joburg and was told that because she missed the first part of the flight she cannot resume her journey from joburg back to cape town. Her booking was YWGNUH and she was informed that it has been completely cancelled. While we understand that she has missed her first flight it does not make sense that her entire ticket is cancelled and she could not travel back to Cape town.

Can you please investigate this and refund the money for the joburg to cape town trip. It seems an unethical practice to cancel the whole trip when all she missed was the first part of the trip.By loosing the seat and having to make alternative plans to get to Johannesburg, hasn't the customer paid enough penalty? Can someone please explain to me.
