We originally cancelled flights and we received a voucher to be utilised within 3 months. The date of the original flight was 27 December and we were under the impression that the expiry date was 27 March. When we wanted to use the voucher, we saw that expiry date was 3 March (as the cancellation was logged on 3 December). After pleading with the voucher department at Mango (with no luck and them being extremely rude), we tried to call the call centre as we did not want to lose the R3, 350 that we initially spent on the flights. Nolizwi took our call and after explaining the whole situation, she said that she does not have the authority to extend the expiry date, but she will be referring the case to her team leader and get back to me. Within 30 minutes she contacted me and the voucher expiry date was extended/re-issued. Her helping nature sure does put a smile on my face! A BIG thank you to Nolizwi for understanding the issue and dealing so with us so speedily and in such an efficient and professional matter. SA needs more good service and consultants like you!!!
