On 27/2/13, we began to checkin at saa checkin counter at OR Tambo international. Young lady named Daphne served us. Firstly, when we greeted her she greeted back with no smile and no politeness. When weighing the bags we were a couple kilos overweight with one bag. She insisted we can't check it in due to the policy of 23kg per piece. Our bags were cling wrapped already. When asked if she could accomodate us she said she couldn't. We had to strip cling of both bags at the time and transfer weight from one bag to the other. We also in the mayham lost the key of one bag. we had to break the lock, buy a new lock, re-wrap both bags and then checkin. Her attitude through the whole process was horrible. Her level of customer service was disgusting! Thanks to another Saa attendent, Happy, we were assisted with a smile, hassle-free and even went the extra length to make sure the rest of the luggage was tagged correctly with the guys who load em on the plane by going there personally to check. Thanks to Dapne my mum&aunt almost missed the flight. Daphne needs a wakeup call in customer service!! She's a disgrace! Need feedback and action taken urgently otherwise you will lose another set of customers!!!
