DON'T TRUST QVC

In August 2007 I was lured to a QVC office under false pretence that I had won a car. A consultant then convinced me into signing a timeshare contract and assured me that if I am not happy with it, I could return it within seven days and was promised a full refund with no obligations.
Reassured of the fact that we could return the policy with seven days with full money back guarantee, my wife and I then went home read the contact, reviewed our financial status and realized that we are not in a position to take the policy.
Within seven days I had returned to the office to return the policy but to my surprise the office was empty.
We then tried to get a in touch with a QVC office but was given an address to another place in Umhlanga who were trading as EASY HOILDAYS and we were told that there was nothing they could do to help us.
After many unsuccessful attempts I finally got in touch with one of the managers who advised us that the rescission period was over and that there was nothing he could do. I have asked QVC to forfeit all monies that I have paid just cancel my contract or sell it as it was not my fault that they had moved offices but they refuse to do anything. Please help
