On the 8May 2012 I was approached by Zeehita when I was on leave at Perna-Perna Umdloti. She said that she would love to chat to me and look at our existing contract I have and see if there is anything that she can do to help us in the future IE more points, etc. After 1 hour we were told that we could sign up for additional points (4839) to the value of R12600.00. This was a special where someone had passed and I could purchase these points at a cheaper rate. I did so. I paid the very next day the full amount owing. I was told by Zeehita to expect the points to be added after /- 6 to 8 weeks. It is now 5March 2013! just close on a year. After many phone calls to head office Flexiclub I get told by the accounts department and helpdesk that they cannot find any new points to be added to the system. When I speak or email Zeehita I get told that everything is in order and it will be fixed shortly. I then email Zeehita back asking why it takes so long and I never get a straight answer. (I have emails to prove this). I also have names of the phone calls of all the helpdesk staff I have spoken to. Please this is my last resort before going the legal route. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!
