Voyager Refunds Policy Unacceptable

I booked 2 SAA flights with my voyager miles on 13 Feb 2013 and paid the taxes via my credit card. Instead of deducting taxes x 2 they deducted 3 sets of taxes. I picked up the mistake the next day (14 Feb) and immediately reported this to their call center. I was told to submit an email detailing the nature of the complaint and include a copy of my credit card statement showing the mistake. I received a response from someone at Voyager ticketing on 15 Feb who then forwarded my email to Voyager Refunds. I still had no refund on my credit card by 25 Feb and remailed them to ask for an update. I then decided to call their call centre on 4 Mar for an update and no one could give me an answer as to what was happening but I was assured someone would call me by the end of business on 4 Mar. Typical, I got no follow up call so called their call center again. The agent then told me that actually it takes 6 to 8 weeks for the refund to come through all the while SAA is sitting with my money and earning interest on it. At no point in time had anyone given me a timeline for the refund. Apparently the delay is the current policy. I am so mad!!! This is ridiculous service!!!
