Poor voyager service

I recently signed up for the voyager credit card and needed my voyager pin to log-in online to claim for SA flights I took a couple of days ago.
I then call the call centre only to be told that it will take 7-14 days for a pin to be sent to me because some of my details entered on the system are in correct. What I can't understand is that I completed all my details correctly at Nedbank office and was given the SA credit cards within 3 days.
Now I have to wait 7-14 workings day to get a voyager pin to register online. This is really bad service, the call centre agent tells me there is nothing he can do apart from book flights. What i can't understand is why even have a call centre to assist customers if it takes 7-14days to get a pin smsed to you.
