I have never in my life experienced such BAD SERVICE. On Friday my husband and I were booked on the latre flight schedule to leave at 22:40 and arrive in Durban 23:45.
We arrived at our destination at 04:00 the next morning.
1. The flight was delayed leaving us stranded at the airport for four hours - before we even started boarding.
2. We were helo up another hour waiting for 11 people to board. (Absolutely CRAZY) if you're latre then you miss your flight especially seeing that everyone was there at 20:00 for the delayed flight - TO WHICH NO ONE INFORMED ANY OF THE PASSANGERS.3. As an APOLOGY we were offerred a driver to take us to our deistnation in DBN. When we get to DBN - NOTHING was arranged. At 03:00 in the morning no-one is there to assist.4. We eventually get the transport - the driver DIDN"T EVEB KNOW HE WAS SUPPOSED TO DROP US OF!!! 5. It's by sheer luck that we even arrived safely as the driver drove like a complete - skipping red robot and driving into on coming traffic!!! I am completely appauled at this and promise to make sure that NO ONE ever uses your ailine R1600 Flight - four hour delay at the airport - another R500 for food and drinks i am ..
