Poor Service: SAA (South African Airways) Voyage

On 26 February 2013, I asked FLYSAA to change my password using their website
On 25 April 2013 they write back and ask for documents
I supply the documents on the same day
It is now 29 May 2013 and I've had no response from them.

Thsi is very poor service from SAA, FLYSAA and especially Voyager.
