I would like to say that I find Kulula"s service shocking! I went on-line to book flights. Because I don't own a credit card it is really difficult to do business with them. I have been up and down with my arrangements with them and due to all the confusion we missed our flight back to Johannesburg on Sunday. I had to go and buy two new tickets in order for SAA to put us on their standby system. Kulula took my money gladly, but when I needed them they could not supply me with any back up to get back home on the day when I desperately needed it. I find it absolutely not acceptabil that they point blank said there was nothing they could do for me. Yes, they could have given me another flight but only two days later!! I will never do business with Kulula again. I will gladly pay double the price because if I have a problem, I will be accomodated.
