R813 PAID FROM BOTH MY AND WIFE CREDIT CARDS

I frequently travel KUKULA and always Book on-line. In late Jan 2013, I had problems with my newly re-issued Master card (Only different expiry date and three digit authentication code) changed, but it was consistently rejected when I tried to make bookings for a KULULA flight from Cape Town to Lanseria. Subsequently I phoned the KULULA Call Centre to try and have the Call Centre Operator make a bookings using my re-issued Master Card. Payment was declined again. I then used my wife's VISA Card to make a successful booking on Kulula Flight mn 0494 from Cape Town International to Lanseria on 23 Jan 2013 booking code KAIITD. My son, for whom the booking was made, had no trouble getting on the flight and arrived at Lanseria on time. However R813 was deducted from both my Master Card and my wife's Visa Card On 21 & 22 Jan 2013.(Have Bank Statements). Call Centre complaints had no result. A letter with all the facts was sent by registered post on 7 Feb 2013 to COMAIR's postal Address in Bonanero Park. No response [URL Removed] treat customers as an unavoidable nuisance or just ignore them in spite of valid fact based complaints. They only Care about the Customers MONEY!!! Disgusted
