I am shocked by the level of service received today from your Pretoria offices. I travelled via Intercape 2 weeks ago, and accidently left my I D book on the bus. Distressed, I called the lost luggage department on Friday the 22nd, and I was told that they found my I D, and I was assured they would put it on the next bus back (Leaving PE Saturday, Arriving Sunday). I went in today to collect it (offices are 60km from my house), and lo and behold, NO I D BOOK!!! I politely asked the woman behind the counter for assistance, and I must say, she had the worst attitude! Gave me snide remarks and TURNED HER BACK ON ME AND WALKED AWAY! I travel with Intercape twice a month, and from now on I would rather risk my life on SA Roadlink than use Intercape! The level of service is shocking, and customer assistance is non existant. I am still left waiting for my I D book, with no idea if I will ever see it again because of incompetent, rude staff!!!
