Today, 07/05, at 15:30 I was suppose to travel to George via intercape. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I arrived at exactly 3h30 (which is departure time) and the bus crew were very rude about it. I have travelled aot with intercape, to both Maputo and George, and I knw that I have to be there by 3pm for checkin, but we had a tyre blowout on our way, I asked my husband to call and pre warn them that I am on my way (once we we're sorted) he spoke to michelle n she explaind I hav to b ther by 3h30. My complaint is that the crew should be more humane towards people and understand that sometimes things happen beyond our control, the crew opened but refused to wait for my luggage and my child which was coming down the escalator with my parents, they refused to wait for 5min, which was all I needed. I rebooked and paid the penalty but I am very disappointed with the attitude I received from the guys who were bus crew for today. They were rude and inhumane to say the least, they didn't even hear me out, all they kept screaming at me was u must b here at 3pm..
