Intercape sent the wrong bus and don't want to ref

I booked intercape SLEEPLINER leaving pretoria on the 11th at 16:15 instead they sent a mainliner when contacted they told us to use the bus or remain in pretoria, what kind of response is that to your customers.of all my concerns I was travelling with a 6 month old baby the bus was so uncomfortable and to my disgust it was full of cockroaches we couldn't sleep the whole journey .on our way thy told us we going to be refunded when we get to cape Town what about comfortability? we had reasons for booking sleepliner instead of a mainliner. when we got here they told us the offices are closed so they gave us a number to call for oue refund when we call the number its answered by a bunch of rude consultants asking me what should they do.i sent emails but im not getting any answers. I'm so disgusted with intercape
I've been waiting for my money until today.talk about poor service.
